This original shadow box was designed and handcrafted by Sary K., an artist and expert in creating realistic shadow boxes. This shadow box depicts a village courtyard of yesteryear, where there was always a bee-hive of activity as soon as the sun rose in the morning till sunset. At the sound of the rooster crowing at the crack of dawn, there was no time to rest. The day was spent picking fruits off the trees, feeding the fowl, drawing water from the well and working the fields. A scenic view greets anyone looking out the window and the door is slightly ajar.
