Privacy:
We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order. 

 Products:
All prices featured on the site are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping, insurance and tax fees. 
We are not responsible for any typographical errors. All dimensions stated including width, height, weight, depth, and diameter are approximate. We are not responsible for any differences in color, content and design between the information and pictures featured on the website and the actual product, as each product is handmade and unique. We do try our best to be as accurate as possible.  
All products are subject to availability. If we are out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone number provided. 
 

Purchasing: 
Once a buyer places an order, we will fax or email you with the details of the order. This does not obligate the buyer to purchase the item until the buyer returns the sales order with the buyer’s signature to confirm the order. After we receive the sales order and the payment is processed, we will begin to process the order.  
 

Shipping: 
When we begin to process the order, we will let you know when you should expect to receive the product. We will do our utmost to quicken the process. We are not responsible for any delay in the shipping process including delays at the airport due to tax dues, incorrect address etc. The buyer is responsible for shipping, insurance and tax fees. Shipping and insurance fees will be calculated according to the products purchased. We are responsible for packaging of the products. 
Insurance is optional. We are not responsible for uninsured shipments including products damaged or lost during transit. All products are shipping worldwide via United Postal Service.  
 
 

Payment: 
All payments can be securely processed online using your bank account or credit card through Paypal. Payments can also be made through check or money order. Please email us at info@jartisticdimensions.com or call for more details.  
 
 

Returns: 
All sales are final. Since we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase, before placing an order, please make sure that you know exactly what you are ordering at the time of purchase. After purchasing, the products cannot be returned except in the event of the conditions stated below. For additional information or pictures of the items you wish to purchase, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to provide them for you.  
If the product was damaged during shipping or the wrong item was shipped, the product can be returned at our expense and the customer will not be charged for shipping and handling.  
We are not responsible for damage occurring over time due to use or misuse of the products.
